Active360 are passionate about developing the fantastic sport of SUP (Stand Up Paddleboarding) across the UK. We offer Paddleboarding lessons, coaching sessions, group trips and private parties, in London, Brighton and Mersea Island, Essex. We also stock a wide range of boards, paddles and SUP equipment from leading brands that are available to buy or hire.
Our experienced and friendly coaches are ASI (Academy of Surf Instructor) certified and or BCU Accredited and will get you on the water and paddling in no time! We provide all the equipment required for paddleboarding including wetsuits if required. We will help to keep you on the water at low cost, by introducing you to local clubs and through our board hire scheme. We want as many people as possible to enjoy this amazing water sport as possible, so we are working with the Port of London Authority to make sure SUP develops as safely as possible on the Thames. We are also working with The Canal & River Trust to develop paddleboarding on the canal network around London and across the UK to make the waterways more accessible for everyone to enjoy.
The Academy of Surf Instructors (ASI) is internationally recognised as the world's leading stand up paddle accreditation and training organisation. They specialise in surfing, stand up paddle and body-boarding training, for adventure centre operators, waters ports centres and career instructors. By gaining the ASI SUP accredited school status we have demonstrated our high standards of training, equipment, service and safety. Our ASI certified instructors provide the highest levels of Stand Up Paddleboarding training to our clients in a safe and fun environment.

Our new Brighton SUP school has been selected by Coreban UK to become one of their flagship test centre's for 2013. Active360 are delighted to be working with Coreban who have become one of the leading manufacturers of paddleboards and are renowned for pushing the boundaries of board design. A full range of Coreban boards will be available to test in Brighton, including their new inflatable boards. In addition the Brighton ASI SUP School will be using the new Dura Core range of boards for lessons and group sessions. The Coraban stand up paddleboards are available to purchase directly from Active360, we also stock a range of Coreban boards in our London shop in Chiswick.
In August 2013 a team of nine, including some of the Active360 instructors will head to Arctic waters in an attempt to reach the icecap in Greenland. Polar Bears and Paddleboards is an exciting new project, backed by Active360 that will aim to promote the use of UK waterways for sport and active recreation. Over the coming year there will be opportunities for you to get involved in a variety of events and challenges, which will raise vital funds for a selection of charities. The SUP expedition to the East coast of Greenland, will demonstrate how versatile stand up paddleboarding is and highlight the issues of global warming on polar wildlife. Join us on us on 22 June for the first London SUP Marathon! The 26-mile mass paddle will start in Shepperton and finish in Putney. The route combines tidal and non-tidal sections of the river, passing through 3 locks and paddling under 14 bridges along the way. There will also be a Hawaiian-themed party by the river in Putney after the marathon. This charity event will help to raise funds for St Mark's Hospital Foundation to help cure bowel cancer.
