Due to restrictions on watersports imposed by the Government Active360, as other businesses, has been required to cease all operations on water until further notice.
This is not a decision we had any influence over, therefore we cannot be hold responsible for any disruption to customers’ plans. We cannot offer refunds for any sessions booked and paid for. However, we will ensure you will not lose your money and you will eventually have a great experience on the water.
Any bookings made and paid for are put on hold until restrictions are eased and we are given green light to run various types of sessions. We are not able to foresee when this will take place.
We appreciate customers concerns that they may not be able to take their session this summer. Therefore, we decided to give customers as much flexibility as possible to reschedule later in 2020 or throughout the whole of 2021. We believe this will give customers enough time to plan new dates. We also allow any transfer between types of sessions e.g. group/private session to equipment hire, group sessions to private sessions etc. We want our customers to get the best possible experience and enjoy watersports when we are allowed on the water again.
Active360 will cover all admin cost associated with re-scheduling and re-booking of sessions booked by customers for Spring-Summer 2020.
All Active360 vouchers will now have an extended expiry date until 31stOctober 2021.
