We love what we do! Having the opportunity to introduce people to stand-up paddleboarding, watching people progress through the sport, organising amazing charity challenges and being able to share our passion for SUP makes us happy! And we hope that everyone that paddles with us has a fun and safe experience. We are committed to providing the best possible service to you and we think we're pretty good at it, but we don't expect you to take our word for it.
In 2016, we started engaging with our clients through Feefo, which helps us develop our offering and service in the direction you want. Have a look at the feedback our clients have given:
"Thomas's Academy were very lucky to be given the opportunity to try stand-up paddleboarding. The pupils who took part absolutely loved the chance to try something new. Most of the children didn't know what paddleboarding was and not one had tried it before. This did not discourage them and the instructors who worked with the children were fantastic. They soon had them standing on the board and paddling around Paddington Basin. It was priceless to see everyone having a go at standing, with smiles beaming actoss their faces as they mastered the skill.
From a teaching perspective, children learn about water safety and a new skill that develops balance, co-ordination and strength. Once children master the skill it is a very good workout and promotes living and active healthy lifestyle. The children that attended had so much fun and were talking about it for days, they all wanted to return the following week."

"I was a little nervous at first but it was so much fun once I got the hang of it."
"It was exciting and I loved learning a new sport."
"I enjoyed paddleboarding and being able to go on the water with my friends was awesome."

“What started out as a fairly abstract idea to get some on water activity on the Lake at the National Trust property of Osterley Park, through the enthusiasm and inspirational guys at Active 360, soon became a reality We secured much needed funding for the project from Inspire Hounslow and this allowed us to work with Active 360, The National Trust and Sport England to run SUP sessions there during four weeks this last summer. I have to say that Active 360 were superb throughout. They have a very relaxed but professional, safe but fun approach to SUP, and it paid huge dividends. We were inundated over the weeks and it far exceeded what we had ever hoped for. It was so worth the effort of everyone involved to see so many people using this lovely piece of water and hope we can expand the offer to rowing and other sports too.”
Matt Rostron (Chief Executive Officer) - London Youth Rowing
"Dear Active360, Thank you, thank you, thank you! You were all wonderful yesterday! I know it was really hard work keeping track of all those paddlers but you handled ill beautifully. Hope you managed to enjoy the 40Tude SUP Marathon as much as all the participants did. We have heard nothing but glowing reports from everyone involved and I am sure that it is largely due to your helpfulness, competence and commitment. Did you realize that altogether we paddled 1,326 miles yesterday? No wonder we feel like a wreck today! We could not have done this without your support. Donations to St. Marks are still rolling in but without a doubt, our efforts will make a real difference in their ability to carry out life saving research into colon cancer! Thank you for making it all such fun!"
Amy Noering - 40Tude (Curing Colon Cancer)
"Hello Paul, Thank you very much for yesterday, it was a highly enjoyable experience. Please also pass my thanks to Mohammed, he was amazing: always calm, reassuring and supportive. I was pleased to see that the Active 360 Team is highly professional, but with a friendly, mellow approach to the whole SUP experience, as I was a bit concerned before-hand that it was going to be blokey/boot-camp type of people, but found out it was quite the opposite. What a great workout that was and nice to see London from the water! Really empowering also to know that I was SUPping up and down the Thames…I cannot believe I did that! I really wish you all the best with your activities and you can rest assured I will be recommending the experience to all my friends."
"Active360 were a sheer pleasure to work with in making our first ever TideFest such a success. They are a great example of how people can be energised and encouraged to take up one of the fastest growing new activities on the water. I'm really looking forward to doing to all again with Paul and the crew in 2015."
Martin Salter - Angling Trust and TideFest organiser
"Paddleboarding was brilliant I’ve never done anything like it before other than surfing. Being on the river Thames is a little bit daunting. The group of teenagers I took out today with the help of Active360 really enjoyed it. It really boosted their confidence and self belief. It’s great to get out in the outdoors in the middle of London. I’d most definitely come again"
Charlie Webster - Sky Sports Presenter
"Resistance is futile. SUP is taking hold. It’s easier and less weird than it looks, it’s cheap and it’s healthy. And there’s no need to traipse to the coast to have a go. In Hawaii in the 1960s, islanders used boards and paddles to help them stand, then snap and hawk photos of tourists learning (read: failing) to surf. Now SUP is enjoying a global resurgence, and Britain is on board thanks to enthusiasts such as Paul Hyman, whose company, Active360, runs sessions on the Thames.….it’s unanimous: we’re hooked. If my feet don’t drop off, I’ll be back. Come along. It’s not that weird".
